Does OptoBot support Arabic?
Yes. OptoBot answers in Arabic and English, and understands Arabic questions in Arabic. Answers default to Modern Standard Arabic and follow the visitor's dialect, Egyptian or Gulf, when they switch.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number?
Yes — WhatsApp runs on your own number, available from the GROWTH tier. Your customers message the number they already know. WhatsApp conversations draw from the same credit pool as your widget. Messenger and Instagram are on our roadmap.
What happens when I run out of credits?
With overage off, new conversations stop — you are never billed silently. Your allowance resets at each renewal; unused credits don't roll over. Overage is on by default: keep it on and usage continues at your tier's rate, hard-capped at 2× the included allowance — or upgrade your tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then reverts to FREE — 50 conversations a month, 1 seat. Unused credits don't roll over and partial periods aren't refunded.
Where is my data stored?
Your content, search index, and chat transcripts live in OptoBot's own database. PII redaction is applied before anything is stored, on every tier; retention is automatic on every tier, and the audit log is surfaced from the BUSINESS tier. We don't publish a hosting-region commitment today; in-region hosting (KSA/UAE/EG) is on our ENTERPRISE roadmap, so talk to us.
What does document ingestion cost?
Each document adds ceil(words ÷ 1,000) credits from your monthly allowance — a 3,500-word PDF is 4 credits.
How does annual billing work?
Pay 10× the monthly price and get 12 months — about 17% off — with 12× the monthly credits. STARTER is EGP 20,000 a year, GROWTH is EGP 65,000, BUSINESS is EGP 200,000.
How do I pay?
Billing runs in Egyptian pounds through Paymob, including saved-card renewals with your saved card. Prices are exact EGP list prices — not conversions of a USD price. Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes; VAT may be added at checkout where applicable.
